In case you haven’t heard: the ART TIMES journal is global and has gone green!! It was a hard decision but they have “bitten the bullet” and the summer issue of ART TIMES marked the beginning of their 33rd year and the last “ink on paper” issue  printed. They will continue to publish online at www.arttimesjournal.com updating frequently with essays, videos, staff and guest blogs, calendar and opportunity listings and other resources.

ART TIMES expects this new publishing format will work for readers as well as for them.  Their new learning curve is immense and as it took a number of years to get a good working system for publishing in print 33 years ago it will take some time and include some dead-end paths to get proficient at publishing online.

ART TIMES has been engaging in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media venues and hope their readers will “follow” and “like” them in the social media realm and  blogs. Cornelia Seckel and Raymond J. Steiner both have blogs that will serve, in part, as Raymond’s Peeks and Piques! and Cornelia’s Culturally Speaking column (both accessible from arttimesjournal.com).

If you are blogging, have demos to contribute to their pages, or other thoughts, please email them at cs@arttimesjournal.com
